Background

Thai Sing Guarantee (“TSG”) is a subsidiary of Thai Sing Group. With its primary objective to provide financial services to foreign condominium owners and buyers, TSG has been incorporated with the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and obtained a tax registration certificate for specific businesses (P.T. 20) from the Revenue Department of Thailand.

Combined with its parent company’s over-a-decade of experience in the machinery equipment industry and the financial services, TSG continuously provides a variety of flexible financial products to serve our customers by a team of highly experienced professionals who are specializing in real estate and condominium financial services. Scope of Services
TSG offers its services througout Bangkok and various regions in Thailand, including Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Hua Hin. Customers from other regions are also welcome.

 
Flexible Terms, friendly service
TSG is willing to accept condominiums as collateral for the loan, whether they are held by Thais or foreigners. Foreign applicants do not need to hold a work permit so long as they can show the proof of sufficient income.

TSG offers a variety of flexible repayment options to accommodate the customers’ needs. The application process is also easy and foreigner-friendly.
